We want you to love your order!
Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse.
Eligible Refunds or Replacements
We gladly replace or refund items that have:
- Print errors
- Wrong items received
- Damage in transit
- Significant sizing errors caused by our print provider
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
- Orders with incorrect sizing chosen by the customer (please review our sizing guides).
- Change-of-mind returns.
Once approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no cost.
