We want you to love your order!

Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We gladly replace or refund items that have:

  • Print errors
  • Wrong items received
  • Damage in transit
  • Significant sizing errors caused by our print provider

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Email Shilo@theclassicmess.shop or call 708-334-5814.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Orders with incorrect sizing chosen by the customer (please review our sizing guides).
  • Change-of-mind returns.

Once approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no cost.
